Michael Fry, Owner and Manager of Skyhooks Difficult Access Team Pty Ltd, continues to be at the forefront of the height access and safety industry through his ongoing hands on involvement and commitment to personal achievement.

Michael and his team of height safety technicians stay updated with all industry requirements.

Qualifications and accomplishments include:
  • OHS Construction Induction Training Certificate.
  • Work Safely At Heights (RIIWHS204D).
  • National Licence to Perform High Risk Work including Accreditations of Advanced Rigger, Elevated Work Platforms, dogging.
  • SPRAT, ARAA Rope Access Technician.
  • Perform Inspection (MEM15004B).
  • High access rigging subject matter experts.
  • Qualified installers of Latchways, Sayfa and 3M DBI-SALA Lad-Saf Fall Protection Systems.
  • Senior First Aid.

In addition, Michael also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing and WHS and is recognised in training delivery of Work Safely at Heights, Participate in a Rescue Operation and Undertake Vertical Rescue.

What We Do

We provide a comprehensive range of height access and safety industry services for our clients.
  1. Anchor Points

    Any personnel working at a height must be safely secured and restrained or have a physical barrier to prevent the event of a fall.

  2. Guardrails

    Custom made handrails and guardrails are on an upper level in the hierarchy of safety control.

  3. Access Ladders

    Skyhooks Difficult Access Team can design and install lightweight fixed aluminium access ladders suitable for all access applications.

  4. Kombi Stairs & Platforms

    Skyhooks Difficult Access Team can design and install fixed modular stairs and platforms suitable for all access applications.

  5. Height Safety Inspections

    As per the standard AS/NZS 1891.4:2009 – Industrial fall-arrest systems and devices, Part4: Selection, use and maintenance, all permanently installed height safety anchorages, horizontal static lines and vertical line fall arrest systems and overhead rail systems must be inspected annually or in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions.

  6. Static Lines

    Static line systems allow the user to be permanently attached whilst working around the perimeter of the roof or ledge without the need for disconnection and reattachment to the system and readjustment of lifeline systems.

  7. Work Safely at Heights Training

    Skyhooks Difficult Access Team provides comprehensive onsite training courses run at either your location or a dedicated training centre at Emu Plains.

  8. Walkways

    Our aluminum and fibre walkway systems create a nonslip surface for all weather conditions to protect your workers and the roof surface itself.

  9. Rope Access

    Our rope access service solves your difficult access needs safely and efficiently, and removes the need for hiring expensive scaffolding and other equipment.
